Yoga or fitness mat, water, hand towel and fitness watch or HR monitor if you have one.
What to Expect
We will be learning and engaging in different types of exercises and fitness practices along with sharing fitness and nutrition tips to live a healthier and active life. We will also be working on opening our minds and hearts to get a deeper understanding on the impact of how we view and treat ourselves.
